      I had no clue that toasters had changed so much...probably because I haven't actually owned a basic toaster in many years. Lately, I've been toasting bread in my convection oven that has a toaster option on the side, However, it never really satisfied me. So this holiday season, I treated myself to the Back to Basics 2-Slot Egg & Muffin Toaster, and it has truly changed my morning routine.

      Shamrock Farms Rockin’ Refuel Milk Review

      Running late to work today, I drove to the closest convenience store to grab a protein drink and bagel for breakfast. The only thing I could find was a “Protein Fortified” milk called “Rockin' Refuel” by Shamrock Farms.

      Without checking the label for calories (especially since I’m back on my bulking phase), I hurried to the checkout line and forked over $1.99 for it and $1.00 for a whole wheat bagel.
